First month activates.
The first monthly payment is credited fully to month one. The £1,500 build fee is waived on the 12-month founding term.
Managed delivery without copywriting homework
You provide the business facts, evidence and access state through a short intake. TradeSites turns them into the source pack, page system, enquiry journey, review process and Profile setup.
Start by reviewing the managed electrician website service and full prices and terms. The delivery clock starts after the applicable payment and completed intake.
Before day one
The build is activated by the applicable payment. The delivery clock starts when payment and a completed intake are both received, so neither side is pretending work can proceed without the core facts.
The first monthly payment is credited fully to month one. The £1,500 build fee is waived on the 12-month founding term.
Core is £3,000 upfront and Growth is £5,000 upfront. There is no separate first-month or activation charge.
The £1,500 build fee and first monthly plan payment are due before work starts. The service rolls monthly after the initial three months.
The 10–15 minute intake
The intake is prefilled where reliable public facts are already known. It collects only what is needed to build the first source pack and identify separate secure access tasks.
Trading and legal identity, current domain state, one named approver and the target date or operational constraint.
Priority services, jobs to avoid, real coverage areas, current capacity and any seasonality that should change the emphasis.
Current schemes, approved badge use, insurance wording, public review sources and any limitations that need careful handling.
Logos, brand preferences, useful job images, customer permission and confirmation that supplied material can support the agreed content.
The build sequence
Exact sequencing can change when access or approvals arrive at different times. The written delivery plan records the committed work and any dependency clearly.
TradeSites checks identity, priority services, service areas, credentials, review sources and usable project material. Gaps become specific questions rather than invented copy.
Homepage, priority service routes, enquiry context, supporting proof and site-wide structure are built around the agreed work and evidence.
Forms, acknowledgements, pipeline stages, neutral review steps, Profile setup and measurement are prepared in parallel where access allows.
Links, forms, mobile layouts, metadata, evidence placement and promised plan inclusions are checked before the first consolidated review.
Consolidated feedback is resolved, remaining access-dependent tasks are confirmed and the named approver gives launch approval.
Feedback without version chaos
TradeSites accepts consolidated revision rounds until launch approval. A correction to our error is never treated as new scope. A new page family, feature or direction outside the agreed build is quoted before work starts.
A remedy tied to written delivery
If TradeSites misses a written delivery commitment and does not fix it within five working days, the customer can leave without further charges and receive the static website export. Annual customers also receive a pro-rata refund of unused prepaid months.
Customer-side delays and third-party platform decisions are recorded separately. No rankings, traffic, reviews, enquiries, jobs or revenue are guaranteed.Delivery questions
Most delays are not design problems. They are unclear ownership, missing access, unverified evidence or feedback split across several people.
The intake records the current state and creates a separate secure access task. TradeSites does not ask for passwords in the intake. Work that does not depend on access can continue while the correct ownership path is confirmed.
Bring your current website address, the name of your provider and any existing contract or exit terms to the fit call. Note who controls the domain and business email, and which existing pages or enquiry routes matter to the business. Agree the access and launch steps before cancelling the current service or changing domain settings. Share access through the separate secure task, not the intake form. See the ownership and exit terms for what a TradeSites plan includes.
The first build uses only material that can be supported and approved. The page plan can prioritise services, reviews, credentials and decision support while identifying a practical photograph list for later. Our electrician website examples explain how different sites use evidence; the fictional demo is not a promise of customer results.
They can contribute internally, but one named contact returns the consolidated response. This keeps contradictory instructions and duplicate revision cycles from slowing the launch.
No. Revisions refine the agreed build. New features, new page families, a changed target market or additional complete websites are scoped and quoted separately. TradeSites errors are corrected without counting as new scope.
Core continues to include hosting, SSL, monitoring, analytics and routine maintenance, plus the enquiry and neutral review systems. Ongoing Profile posts, review responses and monthly job-proof content are Growth work.
