The plan inclusions do not change with the payment structure. The build fee and minimum commitment do.

The annual payment replaces the first monthly charge. If the 90-Day Delivery Promise triggers, unused prepaid months are refunded pro rata.

What every plan includes
The managed service includes the core infrastructure required to keep the approved website available and secure.
Launch checks cover measurement, forms and delivery paths. Growth adds a plain-English monthly report.
You own the domain, supplied assets, approved copy, enquiry data and Google Business Profile.
Routine maintenance is included. New scope, extra complete builds or work beyond the agreed plan is quoted separately before it starts.
Activation and delivery
Activation reserves the build. Delivery begins after the applicable payment and completed intake have both been received.
The payment is fully credited to month one. There is no separate activation fee on founding monthly terms.
There is no separate first-month or activation charge. The annual payment covers the prepaid term.
The £1,500 build fee and first plan payment are due before the build starts.
Access state, evidence, constraints and approver details must be clear enough to begin dependent work.
A delivery remedy you can understand
If TradeSites does not put the missed commitment right in that period, you can leave without further charges and receive the static website export. Annual customers also receive a pro-rata refund of the unused prepaid months.
This promise covers delivery within TradeSites' control. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic, review volume, enquiries, jobs or revenue.Commercial questions
The founding annual option covers one prepaid 12-month term and has no commitment beyond that term. Renewal terms are agreed before a further payment is taken.
Subject to Growth capacity, yes. The fit call or monthly review can identify when ongoing Profile and job-proof work is useful enough to justify the difference.
The published early-exit balance is £1,500 minus £125 for each paid month. A static export is provided after 12 paid months, if the Delivery Promise triggers, or when the applicable early-exit balance is paid.
Revisions run in consolidated rounds until launch approval. A change to the agreed direction or new scope is quoted separately. Corrections to TradeSites errors never count as new scope.
Core includes Profile setup and optimisation. Four posts per month and responses to new reviews are Growth inclusions.
No. Missed-call text-back and a managed phone number are not launch claims. TradeSites will first ask how many calls are being missed and only build after demand is confirmed.
